Are all your desserts vegan?
YES, all our desserts are 100% vegan, crafted with plant-based ingredients to ensure delicious flavours without any animal products. *Please check our shop for any allergy queries*
Do you cater for corporate events or special occasions?
Yes, we cater for corporate events and special occasions. Whether it's a business function, party, or any special event. Please email us at Hello@yumpufftreats.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible :)
What is the shelf life of your desserts?
Puff Puff: Our puff puff lasts for 4 days in the fridge. For the best experience, reheat them in an air fryer for up to 5 minutes at 200°C or in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until warm inside.​

Cookies: Our plantain cookies have a shelf life of 3 days when stored in the fridge.
Chin Chin: Chin chin stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.​Zobo Cake: Our Zobo cake lasts for 4 days in the fridge.
How do I warm up my puff puff?
Puff puff is best served warm to have the true YumPuffTreats experience. Here are the steps to warm them up:
Air Fryer: Heat for 5-6 minutes at 200°C.
Microwave: Heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute until warm inside.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 6-8 minutes. Once warm inside, re-roll in sugar, and drizzle with sauce and toppings.
How does your delivery work?
Ordering: Place your order directly through our website. For large orders and corporate bookings, please email us at Hello@yumpufftreats.com.

Delivery Areas: We deliver within London. Orders should be processed before 6 pm on Tuesday to arrive on Friday. Collection is available in Hackney on Saturdays between 12-5 pm.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we prepare it fresh to arrive on the shipping day.
​
Shipping: Your order will be shipped using next day delivery, and you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress.
Special Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions or gift messages, please include them when placing your order.
Are your desserts gluten-free?
Our desserts are not gluten-free; however, we are actively working on recipes to ensure we can provide gluten-free options in the near future.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Our desserts are made to order and prepared fresh before shipping. As perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
